Sell on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
Turn on a sales channel and your products can show up in Google Shopping, Facebook and Instagram shops, Pinterest and TikTok ads. One product feed keeps them all up to date.
Payly makes a product feed for your store: one address that lists your products with their prices, photos and stock. Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok read it to show your products in their shopping results and ads. Shoppers who click come to your store to buy.
Turn on a sales channel
- Publish your store, if you haven't yet. These services link to your product pages.
- In your site dashboard, click Integrations.
- Under Sales channels, turn on Google Merchant Center, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest or TikTok. A pop-up shows your product feed address.
- Click Copy, then Done.
- Paste the address into the service:
- Google Merchant Center: add a product source, choose to add products from a file, and paste the address as the file link.
- Meta Commerce Manager: open your catalog, add items with a data feed, choose a scheduled feed and paste the address.
- Pinterest: open Ads, then Catalogs, create a data source and paste the address.
- TikTok Ads Manager: open Assets, then Catalogs, add products with a data feed and paste the address.
The feed works as soon as a channel is on. You don't need to publish again.
What's in the feed
- Every product that's live in your store, with a photo and a price.
- Each option, like a size or a color, as its own item, with its own price, photo and stock.
- Sale prices: a product with a crossed-out price shows as on sale.
- Your brand, category and SKU, when the product has them.
Subscriptions, drafts and products without a photo or price are left out.
The feed updates by itself as you change products, usually within an hour. Each service checks the address on its own schedule, often once a day.
One feed serves all four services, so it's the same address everywhere. Turning a channel off doesn't remove your products from that service. Remove the feed there too.
