Honest answers

Is Payly really free?

Yes. There is no monthly fee, no transaction fee and no paid tier. Stripe and PayPal charge their standard processing fees, as they would on any platform. How can this possibly be free?

Can I bring my Wix products?

Yes, by uploading the file Wix exports from Store Products. Names, descriptions, prices, photos, options and stock come over. Wix doesn't export digital products, so you add those yourself.

Can I bring my Wix design?

No platform exports a design that works anywhere else, Wix included. Pick one of Payly's designs and make it yours with drag and drop. It looks right on phones without a separate mobile layout.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes. Add it to your free Cloudflare account and attach it to your store. The domain stays yours, wherever you bought it.

What's the catch?

Stripe and PayPal charge their standard processing fees, as they would anywhere. Your store runs on your own free Cloudflare account, which comfortably covers most stores; a very busy store may need Cloudflare's $5 a month plan, paid to Cloudflare. And Payly is made for selling online: there is no point of sale for in-person sales, and no app market.

What if I want to leave Payly?
