Is Payly really free for creators?
Yes. There is no platform fee, no monthly fee and no paid tier. PayPal and Stripe charge their standard processing fees on each payment, as they would on any platform. How can this possibly be free?
How do members pay?
Monthly or yearly, with PayPal or a card through Stripe. PayPal or Stripe charges each renewal on schedule, straight to your own account.
What happens when a member cancels?
They cancel from their account, and keep access until the end of the time they paid for.
Can I post videos or audio?
A post holds formatted text, links and a cover image. To share a video or an episode with members, link to it from a members-only post.
How many creator pages can I have?
Each creator page runs in your own Cloudflare account, like a store: up to 10 on Cloudflare's free plan, and up to 500 on its $5 a month plan, paid to Cloudflare. Payly stays free either way. What the free plan covers
What is not included?
Emailing members about a new post, and audio, video or files inside a post, are not supported. Members who pay with PayPal cannot change their level themselves.
