How do I let coaching clients book and pay for sessions online?

Put your services on one booking page: a free discovery call to start, then paid sessions, each with a length and a price. Show open times in the client's own time zone, ask what they want to work on, and take payment when they book. Set a cancellation cutoff so late changes do not catch you out. Payly does all of this on a free booking page.

Put a discovery call at no charge beside your paid sessions. Prospects book the call without paying. Clients pay when they book a session, with PayPal or a card, and the money goes to your own account.

Know the goal before the call

Ask what they want to work on and whether they have worked with a coach before. Each answer is saved with the booking, and in your calendar event's notes if Google Calendar is connected.

Room to breathe between sessions

Keep a gap around each booking for a break, ask for minimum notice, and cap how many bookings you take in a day. Clients only see the times that fit.

How coach bookings work in Payly

You set the services and hours. Clients book, and PayPal or Stripe collects each payment.

Start from the Coaching session template

In Your sites, click New and choose Calendar Bookings, then Coaching session. You get a discovery call, a coaching session and a deep dive, with two questions. Change any of it.
Set your prices, hours and breaks

Give each paid session a price, then set your weekly hours, minimum notice and gaps. Connect Google Calendar on the Availability tab so your busy times stay blocked.
Connect PayPal or Stripe, then publish

In your dashboard's Settings, connect your own account. Publish, then share your booking page or add it to your website. It runs on your own free Cloudflare account.

How can this possibly be free?

What if a client cancels the night before?

You set the cutoff, such as 24 hours before. Until then, the Change time and Cancel links in their emails work. After it, the page asks them to reply to their confirmation email. Payments are never refunded by themselves: you decide, from your Bookings screen.

Can I sell a package of sessions?

No. Packages of sessions and repeating bookings are not supported. Each session is booked and paid for on its own. You can add a longer service, such as a deep dive, with its own length and price.

Can I keep a service for current clients only?

Yes. Turn on Hide from your page for that service. It stays off your booking page, but anyone you send its link to can still book it. Set up your services

How do I meet clients online?

Choose how you meet for each service: Google Meet, your own video link, a phone call or in person. With Google Meet, each booking gets its own link, in your calendar and in your client's emails. Connect Google Calendar first.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no monthly fee, no transaction fee and no paid tier. PayPal and Stripe charge their standard processing fees on each payment, as they would on any platform. How can this possibly be free?
