Setmore syncs calendars both ways only on Pro: $5 a user a month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly. On Payly it is free.
That is Stripe's fee, the same on both. With Setmore Pro added for calendar sync, the month comes to $40.00 to $47.00.
Setmore's video appointments are on Pro. On Payly, a service set to Google Meet gets its own Meet link for each booking, free.
Setmore Free is a good free scheduler that takes payments too. Two-way calendar sync and video appointments are where it starts to cost money.

Setmore Pro, for its calendar sync, against Payly, for 20 paid $50 bookings in a month, paid by card through Stripe.
| Cost | Payly$0/mo | SetmorePro plan |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly plan with two-way calendar sync | $0 | $5 a user billed yearly, $12 billed monthly |

| A month of 20 paid $50 bookings, all fees | $35.00 | $40.00 billed yearly, $47.00 billed monthly |
20 bookings of $50 is $1,000 in sales. Stripe's fee is 2.9% + 30 cents for US cards, the same on both sides, and the business pays it. With PayPal it would be $44.70 on both. Setmore Free also takes payments with no fee of its own, so without calendar sync it costs the same as Payly. Setmore pricing as published November 2026.

Yes, for up to 4 users. Setmore Free takes bookings and payments through Square, PayPal or Stripe, with no fee of its own. Two-way calendar sync, video appointments, deposits, recurring appointments and text reminders need Pro, $5 a user a month billed yearly or $12 billed monthly.
Not against Setmore Free: with Stripe, both cost $35.00 for 20 paid $50 bookings. Payly saves the cost of Setmore Pro, $5 to $12 a user a month, when you want calendar sync or video links.
