How the goal bar works in Payly

You set the goal. The bar moves as gifts are paid.

Create a donation form

In Your sites, click New and choose Donation form. Animal rescue, Fundraising goal and Honeymoon fund come with a goal bar.
Set your goal

In Settings, turn on the goal, set the amount and choose whether to show the number of donors.
Connect PayPal or Stripe, then publish

Your form runs on your own free Cloudflare account. The bar updates as gifts come in.

Does the bar count monthly gifts?

Yes. Each monthly payment adds to the total when it is paid.

What happens on a refund?

A full refund takes the gift off the total, and a partial refund lowers it.

Does the fee a donor covers count?

No. The bar counts the gift, not the processing fee a donor adds on top.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no monthly fee, no transaction fee and no paid tier. PayPal and Stripe charge their standard processing fees on each payment, as they would on any platform. How can this possibly be free?
